Moropo Limited (trading as DeviceCloud) — Confidential Information Access Terms

By ticking the acceptance box and submitting your details, you ("the Recipient", on behalf of the company you name) agree to the following terms in order to be granted access to confidential security and compliance documentation belonging to Moropo Limited (trading as DeviceCloud) ("the Company").
The Company will disclose certain confidential information to the Recipient solely to allow the Recipient to evaluate the Company's security and compliance posture (the "Purpose").
"Confidential Information" means any information disclosed by the Company to the Recipient through this trust centre, including audit reports, penetration test reports, security questionnaires, and any related materials, whether or not marked confidential.
The Recipient shall:
The obligations above do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available other than through the Recipient's breach, was lawfully known to the Recipient before disclosure, or is independently developed by the Recipient.
The obligations in this Agreement continue for three (3) years from the date of acceptance.
Nothing in this Agreement grants the Recipient any rights in the Confidential Information other than as expressly set out here.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of it are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
